Our company is client-based, where we oversee any local and state permitting needed for your project, which includes document preparation, public meeting materials, grant documentation, residential/senior construction projects, and historic preservation.

Discuss your project or plans for land development in rural or village development areas of Vermont.
Step 2
Site Assessment
Evaluate existing conditions of your project and site location, including due diligence review land records, geographic information, and zoning bylaw reviews for the jurisdiction in question.
Step 3
Document Preparation
Prepare necessary application materials and coordination with local/state entities regarding project permitting.
Step 4
Submission
Submit application materials to the appropriate entities with related fees submitted to the jurisdiction to activate the permitting process.

Follow-Up
